You should use the entire kit up, with nothing left over when the beer is bottled, but reserve the bag of priming sugar for bottling time. If there are printed instructions on the can of malt extract, forget them. They are for cheap sugar beer. Our complete instructions are included with each kit. Our Premium kits come with WYEAST liquid yeast. The other kits contain dry yaasts, but if you prefer liquid yeast, we will substitute it in those kits for $2.00 more. LIGHT BODIED KITS Refreshing and light-bodied, these are similar to the beer you and your friends are used to. They are not all malt, but are blended with rice sugar to make them drier, and more thirst quenching.
